• The submission does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

PowerLevelMe is not liable for any unauthorized submission of third-party documents. Users who submit documents without authorization do so at their own risk and bear full legal responsibility.

3. LinkedIn Profiles

You may submit publicly accessible LinkedIn profile URLs for analysis. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

• Public LinkedIn profiles are accessible to anyone on the internet.
• PowerLevelMe uses publicly available data solely to generate a fun, AI-powered career analysis.
• We do not store, sell, or redistribute LinkedIn profile data.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of another person's public profile complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Entertainment Purposes Only

All power level scores, tiers, titles, and descriptions generated by PowerLevelMe are produced by an AI for entertainment purposes only. They are not:

• Professional career assessments or evaluations
• Endorsements of any individual's qualifications
• Accurate representations of a person's professional value
• Suitable for use in hiring, employment, or any professional decision-making

5. Public Leaderboard

By setting your result to "Public," you consent to your display name, power level, tier, and AI-generated title being visible to all users of the Service. You can make your result private at any time from your dashboard.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit documents or data you do not have the right to use
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
• Use AI-generated results in any professional, legal, or employment context

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PowerLevelMe makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of the AI-generated results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerLevelMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated results or unauthorized submission of third-party data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
